Her facilitation expertise has been used by Entrepreneurial CEOs planning strategies with their team members; with Public Board Chairmen to develop Board Governance policies; and with hundreds of companies spending thousands of dollars at leadership retreats. Her style is to work side-by-side with the CEO/Leader before the event to plan and organize the event. During the meeting she will focus on stimulating discussion, generating ideas, fostering curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking, and producing profitable outcomes for the organization. And – as an added bonus — after the meeting, she becomes the Accountability Coach to keep people on track with outcomes produced at the meetings.
